Buffalo Bayou Partnership presents an opportunity to enjoy a unique musical experience. The Navy Band’s world-class woodwind quintet will be in Houston as part of Fleet Week, and will be performing a special concert at the Water Works that is free to attend. Bring your families, your lawn chairs, and your picnic baskets for a night of beautiful music, courtesy of the visiting sea services.
